As data controller — for information about our own customers (the trades businesses who subscribe) and visitors to this website: your name, business, email, phone, and billing details.
As data processor — when a subscribing business uses Quote Monster to prepare quotes, they may enter their own customers' details (name, address, Eircode, email, phone). That business is the data controller of that information; we process it only to provide the service on their behalf, under our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a customer and for up to [6/7] years afterwards to meet legal obligations. App data in your browser persists until you clear it or export and delete it.
